All of our candles are handmade to order with love and care. Because of their artisanal nature, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We take great care in packaging your order securely. However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at info.elizabethscandles@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and the packaging. We’ll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note:
 • We are not responsible for mishandling after delivery, such as dropping or damaging the candle once it’s unboxed.
 • Color shades and small details may vary slightly, as each item is handcrafted — this is part of the charm of handmade products, not a defect.
